Have you consulted the traditional sources, like Mileposts (I am fairly sure 
they cover only the Highway system in and to Alaska, but Doug Stracener might 
be able to answer that one--Doug, are you out there?), Woodalls, and the 
Trailer Life Guides?

Both of the above items point to the same web page. The top takes you to the 
page by double clicking, the bottom requires a cut and paste of the full
