[a/s] Cooling mods

I just want to pass on a mod I did to my tow vehicle.
It is a full size Chevy truck of 1984 vintage so this might not apply to
your vehicle depending on the amount of room you have between the
radiator and the fan blades.
I took two new big block four cores and soldered them together to make
one radiator.
I then lengthened the top brackets with some scrap metal and my mig gun.
I had to notch the shroud about two inches to clear the A/C pulley.
The end result is a truck that can sit in heavy traffic with the A/C on
full blast and never get over 210F.
One of the best mods I ever did!
