Honda also makes a little larger portable unit that is supposed to be very
quiet, the EU3000iu.

3000w/120V=25 amps.  It is about $1700 and 145 lbs. A little pricey, but
small and almost light enough to move in and out of the back of the truck. I
wonder if it would be sufficient to run a roof A/C unit and anything else
w/only 25 amps. I have been told that a roof A/C on startup of the
compressor draws much more than when just running along. I am not really
electrically savvy and wondered about this when I saw this compressor. Have
you seen this unit, and if so what did you think?
