You could make them using an English Wheel. Of course you'd want a good size shop
do have the room to do it. We used to use one to make some aircraft parts and
it's time consuming. We also made molds for some using Devcon. We would take a
good part then coat it with oil and PVA film as a separator then pour Devcon into
half the mold and let it cure. Once it was cure, we would place the other half of
the mold on it, sandwiching the part, and fill it up. Once it cured up we would
separate the mold, remove the good part, check the mold for any imperfections
(usually caused by a wrinkle in the PVA) along where the part is to be formed.
Once it was all done we could just press out the parts we needed using O material
(ie...2024-0) then heat treat to the hardness we needed. You can press out
2024-T3 if it thin material. We've done it on .032 2024-T3 making some parts for
the A-10 and C-130 aircraft.
