[VAC] RM Rally

First, thanks for all the suggestions regarding a Rocky Mountain Rally. 
I have sent in the $100 registration fee to lock up the date/spaces. 
When I receive confirmation, we'll "go public". We will enlist all the 
appropriate VAC folks, etc. I do however, want to be clear about the 
intent of this Rally, and that is to gather all the vintage Airstreamers 
in the Rocky Mountain/Great Plains region, sort of a modern day 
"gathering of the tribes". I'm not going to require VAC membership for 
inclusion. I think once folks have an opportunity to meet other VAC-ers, 
and participate in a rally of this sort, membership will become obvious 
for the holdouts/new to Airstreams. I personally relish my copy of The 
Vintage Airstream Club magazine, so beautifully crafted and full of 
helpful information. For those of you not in VAC, you're missing out, 
bigtime. Send in your ten or fifteen bucks..whatever it costs. It's the 
best deal going.
All those who want to come from outside the region are also very 
welcome. We are very proud of what Colorado and Rocky Mountain National 
Park offer, and look forward to the opportunity to share this beautiful 
location with wonderful folks with a common passion for vintage 
Airstreams.
