Found the mfr. of the continental kits in FL:    Roll-Masters

They supply J.C. Whitney, but if you have any questions re: which size ring
you need, you can buy direct. They offer polished stainless steel or custom
painted rings, and center covers in paintable ABS (white), custom painted,
or black textured coating (extra $$).  They also offer the covers with
recess for license plate.
