Personally, I'm renovating a 1950 Jeepster (a convertible), which has been
previously hot-rodded with a 60's Jeep V-6, and 4WD.
Since it's not a true 'restoration', i'm planning to add power-steering,
in-dash a/c, and an overdrive gear for highway driving, all specifically as
a vintage tow-vehicle for my '48 Trailwind.
I'd also considered a Willys wagon, suitably powered and geared for towing,
but found the Jeepster first, so...
