Joy, almost any RV shop that replaces fridges, takes the old fridge and
junk it. Usually the doors are OK,.....its the boiler, or the heater
coil or something else that is bad..   My friend Borden, had about 5
junked  Dometic fridges just lying around.  Maybe he will chime in.
Don't know where you are located, but many RV shops, including Camping
World could lead you to some junked Dometics,  they are plentiful.  Just
call around and let your fingers do the walking.   My question is: if
the door is thrashed, does the rest of the box have any life left???
