[VAC] Tanks: fresh water and grey water.

I'm pondering replacing my galvanizwd steel fresh water tank (in front
crossways on floor) with a larger (taller) tank, since I'm redoing the front
gaucho into a booth. (Also going with an electric pump and accumulator
tank.) Should be able to fenagle it OK in about and 8-10" (front to back).
I see an 8" x 16" x 60" model (30 gal) that's ABS, with baffles, reasonably
priced. My A-frame appears to have been reinforced (4th side welded in
solid to make it a hollow tube) for larger propane tanks (this unit was on a
European trip), so I'm not worried about the extra tongue weight. Will be
moving the battery(s) from the tongue to forward of the curbside wheelwell,
under gaucho.

Also need a grey water tank or tanks (using porta-potty, so no black water
tank), and I suppose the prudent thing to do would be prepair for 30 gallons
total. Seems like the safest location would be below floor level behind the
(single) axle, to take advantage of the potential extra depth (assuming I'm
willing and able to make the new belly pan work around this). If a single
grey water tank would hang too low between the frame and cross-members,
what's the best way to connect 2 tanks, thereby using the space of 2 frame
"compartments".

As much as I enjoy heading off into uncharted waters sometimes, I would
welcome any experiences/comments/warnings/suggestions regarding these plans.

Thanks.
