Ray,

I'm envious of your king size bed.  My tradewind (that sounds so good!) 
has a double bed (NOTa sofa that pulls out) with rear bath and sofa that
pulls out up front.  Just perfect for me and my dachsund but a king size
would be more fun.  I will check on the screw business in the morning. 
Hopefully that's the answer.  I'm planning a trip from Alabama to Monterey,
Calif. in May but will make a few practice trips between now and then.
