Jim,

I did lift the release lever.  It didn't come straight up all the way but
it did come up as far as I could get it.  BTW this one has a motor that
raises and lowers  the trailer for hitching up.  What happens if the motor
dies?  How do I get it up or down?  It came with an unattached handle but I
can't see where you could put it.
