Hi,    Welcome Don and Nancy to the group. Sounds like you got a super
trailer.  When I bought my 67 GT a few months ago, I also installed new
tires (225x75R15). However I retained the original rims and haven't had a
problem with mine. I also have the clips on the inner part of the rims where
the original small moon hubcaps attach to. Is there a problem with using the
original rims when one goes to a radial tire. Somebody clue me in. Hadn't
heard that prior to this post. Enjoy the 59, I'm sure you will.  The best to
