The Dremel Multipurpose Cutting Kit has a
cone-shaped attachment that can be depth-adjusted.

With the right grinder bit, it would still perform
at the same RPM as the fancy one I saw on
www.ustool.com
I'm sure the professional one is great for that
application, but this Dremel option is probably
some trade-off for the lower price.

Keep in mind, no tool can really make up for
poor technique...
