2004 Dodge 2500 w/ 3.73 and 4speed Auto, 2wd

We pull a 25' Safari and get 13 to 15 mpg towing.  Wind, hills and speed are biggest 
factors.  W/o the trailer I get 22.5 mpg.  

The rear end, transmission, chip (don't have one yet) and air filter all matter...as does 2wd 
vs. 4wd.  We have replaced the factory air filter with a Green cloth/oil air filter.  Picked up 
about 1mpg towing...no improvement w/o the trailer.  I have also noticed fuel quality 
makes a difference, as does changing / cleaning the air filter very often.
