I should have copied this in on the very first post.....I'm afraid to call 
them and ask any questions and have them screw up what I already have.
this is the quote from the website: Am I interpreting this right??

When you return the Declaration of Intent form, we will review your account 
for these services. If you currently have any sports subscriptions, you will no 
longer be able to watch them from the receiver in your mobile vehicle. The 
sports and other programming you watch on receivers in your permanent residence 
will not change.

However, if your permanent residence account lists more than one receiver and 
one of these is located in your vehicle, you will no longer be able to 
"mirror" the services on the additional receiver in your vehicle. We will need to 
charge you the full monthly programming package price for this additional 
receiver, instead of the $4.99 a month programming mirroring fee you may be paying 
currently.
