Hi Dan,

Congratulations! The one question I can answer from personal  
experience concerns the water filter. We use one of this company's  
filters in our home and have purchased this: <http:// 
www.generalecology.com/naturepure1.htm> and this: <http:// 
www.generalecology.com/DockSide.htm> for our Airstream. Spendy, but  
the water is wonderful!
