You DON'T put a trap in your sewer line......
All your solids will collect in the trap and they you must dig it up...
You may want to put in a Vent up in the air about 10-15 ft to remove 
and vent any sewer gas.
This you could do by adding a "Y" at ground level and just extend the 
pipe upward.
You don't want too much fall in your line as the solids need slow water 
flow to keep them moving along.
Just a couple of inches in a 50 ft run is all that is needed.
Just DON'T put in a TRAP.
