[A/S] Re:Shock Absorbers

Dennis-
I just had new shocks put on at Oasis RV. The old ones were original to 
the coach (1979 @ 31' ) and were leaking. They installed Gabriels. I 
trust their judgment.
Interestingly, the nuts holding the shocks had been welded in place on 
two of the four shocks supposedly by a P.O. Oasis had to cut off and 
re-weld the studs. Never heard of such a thing. Anyone else?
