I just bought and replaced all four on my '72 International. I had to  drop 
the axle to get to the rear bolt, other than that it was straight forward.  
(axle is held on by 2 bolts on each side)

They are an Airstream dealer and will ship them to you immediately. Price  
was much less than I expected. Rubber bushings are included with the  shock.
