The ones I have are little plastic clips, I got them at Lowes or Home Depot 
in the screen department.

I can send a photo if you'd like.

The whole key is they have a screw that goes through them and they can be 
twisted away so the Plexiglas comes out.

I use the same clips on my fantastic vent.  I replaced three screws with 
screws with clips.

Why?  I cut some silver stuff in a circle to fit the screen, the silver stuff 
you use on dashboards to keep the sun from coming in your car.

When it's really hot, and I'm using the a/c, I clip the silver up to cover 
the Fantastic vent screen to keep the sun out, an added bonus is it's dark in 
the bedroom.
