I believe I had a Loadmaster, that came with my rig, it blew fuses frequently and 
completely stripped out.  The dealer was less than sympathetic, they did give me a hand 
crank, and I shipped it back to the factory, still have not gotten it back.  The hand 
crank has been working perfectly, don't think I will put the electric jack back on if 
and when the dealer gets it back to me. 
   
  I have 19' Bambi, it is not that heavy, I can see it if you have a larger rig. 
   
  I have had such a bad experiece with the electric jack that I may not be the right 
person to ask.
