Without seeing either..... I'd go for the '91.

Many Airstreams are never cooked in.... or at least rarely.

I've lived in mine for over 6 years and recently sold my stove. The oven had 
been used once.

Depending on your tow vehicle, if I were you I'd hold out for a 1995 34' or 
any other size that's a year newer because you'll get the wide body.

That said, between the two you mentioned I'd go for the 91 LTD.
