It's held up perfectly. The secret to success is to prime it with KILZ *oil 
based* primer then you can paint any latex over it.

You prolly know, but I always tint primer, makes it easier to cover.

I did screw pictures up, the way they do in motels so no one steals them.  
They hold up fine.
