It is not unheard of for large companies to close out part of  their 
operations if they do not meet their profit standards or if there is along  term tax 
advantage in closing. These decision can come over night and often they  hang 
their suppliers .I know as I have been hanged A couple of times when yacht  For 
whom I was one of their venders went belly up and they were owned by mega.  
companies.Also sticker shock on tow vehicles and fuel costs could have some  
bearing
