Howdy Jim,

Try http://www.dieselstop.com.  It's a forum for the
Ford PSD.  They have a subgroup just for the 6.0.  It
scared me at first, but then I started looking at
their sig files, and realized that a lot of the ones
who had really bad problems had made major
modifications to the engine, tranny, and exhaust
systems.  However, there were some stock engines that
had the same issues.  Most of them seemed to be the
earlier 6.0's, which is why I'm considering an '05.
