I can't provide positive information about any linkages between  
Chantland Manufacturing, Badger, IA and Airstream; but Chantland 
Manufacturing is still in business and is now located less than 20 
miles from Badger in Humboldt, IA.  They have been in business for 60 
or more years from what I have been able to learn.  Currently, they 
indicate a specialization in Bag Fillers, Conveyors, and Paletizer 
Systems.

I ran across the following site with information about Chantland:

There aren't any obvious linkages to Airstream that I can see.
