We have two (2) Honda EU2000i's.  They have been excellent units.  Like the 
EU1000, one by itself will not run your microwave or air conditioner; but, 
Honda sells an adapter that allows two (2) EU2000i's to operate in parallel 
and you can operate your air conditioner, microwave or vacuum cleaner.  They 
also have an adapter so that you can hook the units up to your house in the 
event on an electrical outage.  Each unit weighs about 64-Lbs and is easier 
for me to handle than the heavier, bulkier single units that are capable of 
operating an air conditioner.
