You might be better to consider throwing a couple tablespoons of plain old 
bread yeast (or one of the premeasured packets) down the drain to help break 
down anything instead of bleach.  If you are dumping into a septic at a RV 
park, the bleach destroys all the good enzymes that help to break down the 
solids and the process has to build up and start over again.  Same is true 
for the black water.  We have a septic where we live and it is something to 
care for carefully!  After 12 years at this house we still have not had to 
pump it because of diligent care!
