Not only from Carol Linde of the Billings KOA, but also from other 
campgrounds in Billings, specifically Judy Barnes of the Yellowstone River 
Campground.

You can also read the letter that the Escapees CEO, Cathie Carr, sent to Ms. 
Barnes after her comment about the Escapees in front of the City Council:

"many of the people writing to complain are "escapees" from Livingston, TX, 
who are fulltime RVers with no fixed address who live free in RVs. These 
people drain their tanks into storm drains and along roadways and dump their 
trash in other peoples receptacles."

There has apparently been talk among some of the campground owners that they 
should pull the dump handles on RVers' holding tanks when they see them 
parked at Wal Mart!
