Jack,
I live in Wilmington, NC, and use the Airstream dealer "Out-of-Doors-Mart"
just east of W-S on I-40. The folks in the parts department (Paul Tibbles)
is great to work with. He will go out of his way to get you what you need,
and he knows his Airstreams.  You can call them at 1-866-636-2267 (toll
free).
There is also a dealer in Hickory someplace, but Paul tells me they don't
have a good supply of Airstream parts, because they call him all the time
for parts.
