Most if not all Airstreams have a 12 volt disconnect switch
someplace.  Look near the 12 volt fuse panel.  If the
disconnect is off, none of the 12 volt stuff will work inside
the trailer.  The refrigerator and airconditioner use 12V.
for control circuitry so they will not work with out 12V. either.
Does the trailer have a battery?  It needs to have a charged
battery for things to work right.  The charger (univolt) will
supply 12 volt power but without a battery the voltage
will be to high and may damage other 12 volt devices.
Congratulation on becoming an Airstreamer!  It's a great
adventure.
