I had roller shades in my '74 and '85 trailers.  I rolled them
out flat on a large table and washed them with a mild soap.
Rinse well and dry before reinstalling.  If you have to replace
them save the little snap tab and sew it on the new shade.
Roller shades work well and are light weight.
