[A/S] Water Pump

Some time back, I asked if it was all right to turn on the water pump while 
hooked up to city water.  I do so occasionally when the water pressure is low.  
Tonight, I did that and the water pump did not come on.  Leroy checked the 12 
volt breakers and nothing was blown.  The manual says there is an in-line 
fuse between the switch and the pump.  We have two switches, one in the bathroom 
and one in the kitchen and are unable to locate any in-ine fuses.  The pump is 
the only 12-volt item that does not work. What roll does the under sink air 
tank have to do with the water pump operation?

Any suggestions?
