[A/S] YATQ, Yet Another Towing Question

I have a 1975 29' Airstream International, and I'd like to get a tow vehicle.

I'd rather have a van than a pickup.  And I see the following vehicle for sale:
    1989 Dodge 150 Ram van
     8 cyl
      5.9L engine

I don't plan to tour the country like some o' you cats do.  Maybe move the trailer a 
few times a year.

Would this van be an adequate tow vehicle?

I know you recommend, in pickups, a 3/4 ton or heavier.  What would be the equivalent 
in a van?  Is there a minimum engine size I should be looking for?
