RE: [A/S] Re:LP gas detector

We were camping on the Klamath in our 99 Limited when we noticed an odd 
smell in the trailer.  After checking all over for a dead animal or 
missplaced garbage I started looking at the propane stove.  Problem solved. 
We had inadvertently had the oven set on pilot lite.  And of course it was 
not lit.  I do not know what it takes to set the alarm off but it is my 
belief that the odor was strong enough to have set off the alarm.   The 
moral - I do not trust propane alarms - period!
