[A/S] Open the windows!

Greetings folks, 

I'm a new member, new to RV'ing, and new to Airstream.  I picked up my 1977
Argosy 24 this past weekend and will be beginning my odyssey to return it to
it's past glory.

The problem I am writing about presently concerns the windows.  I'm guessing
they originally came with some type of fuzzy track for the window to slide
in.  Well, there is no fuzzy liner, mostly just rusty track and silicone. 
All the windows are siliconed closed and some still leak.  Can they be
rebuilt or will they have to be replaced?  In either case, where do I get
the parts?
