Sam,
I went to an O'Reilly's Auto Store last year for a new battery for my wife's 
van.  They charged and load tested 5 batteries off the rack and all 5 were 
bad.  Needless to say, I went to another store and got a good one right off 
the bat.  Makes you wonder.
