[A/S] Fan Change-out

Hi all,

Have any of you attempted/accomplished a change-out of a vent/fan to the 
"Create-a-Breeze" fan from Fan-tastic?

Had the gears go out of the fan in the bath area and got one to try and 
replace it with.  Not sure of the size of the hole yet, as I have not started to 
remove the old one.

Looking for advice/WARNINGS that may assist with the changeout.

Not going to start until I have a full day with no rain in forcast.
