[A/S] propane alarm

Has anyone had the propane detector go off?  Mine went off this weekend 
-- yellow alert, chirping -- after the CCD had been in to the dealer 
because the frig wouldn't stay on when started on propane.  Dealership 
said there was a little debris in the area of the pilot light, so they 
cleaned it up and said it was fine.

Also, the tank -- which had been just switched to -- ran out, despite 
having been filled in late June and not used until this past weekend. 
Do you think it's possible that there was a leak somewhere in the 
system, but not enough of one to set the alarm to red alert?  I couldn't 
smell any gas.

I confess I didn't hear the chirping of the propane alarm - my 9 year 
old golden, Sadie, woke me up, thankfully.

It's back at the dealership, but wondered if anyone has had a "yellow 
alert" from the propane detector and what might have caused it.
