Daisy,

I may have one of these back in Texas.  I will be back there about
the end of the month.  I have seen them at Radio Shack but not
lately.  They look like a small block of clear or white plastic with two
small round pins sticking out of one end.  Lowes and Home Depot
are also good places to look.  They usually do not come with any
wire attached but the opposite end (from the pins) has a slot for
the twin lead to go into.

If you can find an old TV repair shop, they would most likely have
one.  Good luck.  It's fun to go on a quest for things like this.
