I have a 2000 Excella with a rear queen that was a little to hard
for me (I don't have much built in padding).  So I added one of
those inch thick memory foam pads from Camping World for
about $100.  It's not prefect but it's better then it was.  Some
day maybe I'll get a custom made mattress (top is curved).
I sleep much better with the pad.

Tonight I'm just outside of Springfield, Ohio.
