Wood floors and walls all the way around? No paint?
Bet that looks cozy. Sure send me some pics. I'd love to see it!

I was in mine last night, putting my newly done screens in the 
windows and running the house vacuum in there. I pulled out the front 
bed for the first time. Found another squirrel nesting site behind 
those front drawers- at least no skeletons this time...just a toilet 
paper nest & turds. 
It occurred to me that I just may want to paint before we move it up 
to camp. 
Get rid of some of the mild mildew first since it is so close to 
sleeping quarters. Doesn't look like that much of a job.
The beautiful pleated curtins the previous lady owner had made - 
lined, velcro-ed at the centers; well three of them were clawed at by 
the trapped squirrels. Anyway, I thought, it shouldn't take too long 
to paint this but what color? A pale peach or apricot perhaps? that 
might compliment the wood cabinets etc.
What kind of paint do you use in these? Does it matter? Regular 
interior house paint? 
I don't think we are interested in changing out the carpet at this 
time but I may be able to squeeze in a paint job. 
I think I'll do something and make or buy curtains in lieu of the 
foldaways too. 

You are right on the money there. I think they would look much nicer. 
And the way the foldaways are secured are a bit too difficult to 
fight with.
