Bill, for that price, everything should be in tip top working order, 
make sure you see everything run, all appliances, all plumbing, all 
doors windows and vents and fans, everything. Don't take any one's word 
for it, ya gotta see it, feel it flush it .

then, there's the floor. under the rear window, by the door, and the 
front window, no movement, no sag, some would have you stab it with an 
ice pick.

It ought to be clean and have new curtains and upholstery and potholders 
too.

Not to mentions workiing brakes. lights and new tires.

lotta bucks.
