Try a good local locksmith.  I had the door lock fail
on my 76 Argosy a few years ago.  I removed the lock
assembly and took it to Mr. Keys, a locksmith in
Brick, NJ where I live.  He was able to reengineer
some other type of key tumbler assembly to work in the
original door lock mechanism just fine.  It was still
working fine when I sold the Argosy last year.
