It's going to take a lot of power.  30A @ 120V is only 3.6KW of heat 
and now *all* of your electric service is used up.  If you were to 
install a second 30A service in the trailer it might provide a little 
warmth after a while.  The 3.6 KW shoul be roughly equivalent to a 
12,000 btu furnace.
