Hi Wayne,

Well, after I wrote I went to Airstream's site to check and didn't get any 
real handle on it.

What I did see is the Safari is using the little windows at the top and 
bottom and the other windows, and the large looked solid, like the classics.

If I were you I'd call the factory and ask. 

I agree about the windows, I have a classic and wouldn't be interested in 
having a Safari because of the their split windows.
