I did get my Book in the mail today, I have always been amazed 
at the old cars that use to tow Airstreams.  I take delivery of 
a new 06, 19' Safari the first week of September, I have been 
assured my Crown Victoria will tow it easily, but not with the 
"elan" of a Suberban.  I go for my hitche and such in the morning 
at 8:00 AM.  I almosted traded it in for an F-150 yesterday but 
the salesman made me so mad because he had no concept of towing 
capacity.  All he was sure of was my Crown Vic would not do it.   
My Crown Vic is rated at 5000 pounds and my Safari is about 4200 
pounds wet.
