A few things to look for that come to mind.

-water damage on floor near entry door, windows, and bathroom
-axle condition
-rear end sag.  If you push down on the rear bumper and it moves but the
trailer does not, that's a problem.
-and major dents
-windows glass or plastic
-tire and brake condition
-all appliance condition
