I'm thinking I may have two separate situations.

I do think it is the pressure thingie when I hook up the hose that's causing 
the drip.

As for the water pump, it's possible that the water tank is empty. The read 
out shows 1/3 tank but maybe it's wrong. I don't want to put water in and test 
it because I'm pulling back over Monarch Pass on Friday and the less weight 
the better. I'll put water in it when I get to Leadville and see if it works.
