It might be the plumbing into (or out of) the pressure regulator - Or the
pressure regulator itself.

I had a similar problem on my '76 Tradewind, but it has the water hookup and
pressure regulator in the rear (underneath and to the road side of the
vanity sink cabinet.  The leak )a fresh water one) seemed to be coming from
the holding tank (an impossibility) but the sewer plumbing is in close
proximity to the leak.

A good Airstream service manager would know off the top of his head (like
Jay at Oasis RV in Tuscon, or Rod at C & G in Bellflower, CA).  I'm sure you
know many more.
